Three Top Prospects Signed to Management Contracts

NEW YORK — December 29, 2017Alliance MMA, Inc. ("Alliance MMA" or the "Company") (NASDAQ: AMMA), the only publicly-traded professional mixed martial arts (“MMA”) company that unifies elite regional promotions and aspiring MMA champions, announced today that SuckerPunch Entertainment (“SuckerPunch”) client and current Ultimate Fighting Championship (“UFC”) Featherweight Champion Max Holloway has been named Rolling Stone Magazine’s 2017 Fighter of the Year.  This announcement honoring Holloway was a fitting capstone for a highly successful 2017 during which he earned, then recently successfully defended, the UFC Featherweight Championship.

Max Holloway Named Monster Energy Brand Ambassador

Monster Energy, the official energy drink sponsor of the UFC, has recently entered into an annual sponsorship agreement with Holloway which includes wearing the Monster Energy logo on his fight shorts during the 2018 campaign.

SuckerPunch Signs Three Top Prospects to Management Contracts

During December, the Company’s subsidiary SuckerPunch Entertainment, consummated multi-year fighter management agreements with three top prospects, adding to their expanding list of nearly 150 contracted athletes.  Welterweight Ben “Brutal” Egli boasts a 10-1 professional MMA record with all 10 wins coming by way of stoppage.  Top flyweight prospect Jordan Espinosa who was recently victorious on Dana White’s Tuesday Night Contender Series is on a 7-0 run in the flyweight division.  SuckerPunch continued their international search for top prospects by signing the highly touted Jordy Bakkes out of Holland, who finished up a perfect amateur MMA career at 6-0 with 4 finishes via knockout/technical knockout.  Bakkes is a former six-time Dutch Judo Champion who was ranked number 10 in the world.
